Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Affinity Crystals (意晶阁), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Products
Crystals are natural products. Colour, size, and formation vary from piece to piece — photographs are representative but your item may differ slightly. This is the nature and beauty of natural crystals, not a defect.
One-of-a-kind items (marked accordingly) are available in a single quantity. We reserve the right to withdraw any listing if the item is no longer available.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your order is charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Card payments — processed securely via Stripe
- PayNow — manual bank transfer; contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9728 8112 to arrange
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
4. Order confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment. We will follow up to confirm delivery arrangements. For PayNow orders, confirmation is sent once payment is verified.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. After 24 hours, cancellations are at our discretion. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Crystal healing and metaphysical properties described on this website are based on cultural and traditional beliefs. They are not intended as medical advice or a substitute for professional medical treatment. Affinity Crystals makes no therapeutic claims.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affinity Crystals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your purchase or use of our products.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
