Shipping & Returns
Delivery — Singapore
We deliver within Singapore only. Delivery runs twice a month — on the 2nd and 4th week of each month. Orders must be placed before the cut-off to be included in the next run.

Large or unusually heavy items (e.g. raw display clusters, over 30 kg combined) may incur additional charges. We will advise you before confirming your order.
Self-collection is available at Fook Hai Building, 150 South Bridge Road, #01-21, Singapore 058727. Please arrange via WhatsApp before coming.
Delivery cut-off
Orders placed before Sunday 12 noon of the 1st or 3rd week of the month will be dispatched in that fortnight's delivery run. Orders placed after the cut-off will be included in the following run. We'll confirm your delivery date via WhatsApp once your order is processed.
Delivery information required
When placing an order for delivery, please provide the following via WhatsApp:
- Full name
- Delivery address (including unit number and postal code)
- Mobile number
Packaging
All crystals are wrapped securely to prevent damage in transit. We use recycled and minimal packaging wherever possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- You contact us first via WhatsApp or email before sending anything back
- The item is returned with its original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
- One-of-a-kind items (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift sets that have been opened
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Card refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. PayNow refunds are transferred directly.
