Payment

For in-store or WhatsApp orders, payment is via PayNow to 97288112. Please send a screenshot of your transfer as confirmation.

For orders placed through our online shop, we accept card payment securely via Stripe.

Items are reserved for 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days of your order, the item will be released back to general availability.

If you need a little more time, just let us know via WhatsApp — we're happy to work with you.

We do not currently offer instalment plans. Full payment is required to confirm your order. For higher-value pieces, please contact us to discuss options.

We're located in the heart of Chinatown, a short walk from Chinatown MRT (NE4/DT19). Look for us on the ground floor of Fook Hai Building.

Monday – Friday   11am – 7pm
Saturday – Sunday   11am – 4pm

Yes — self-collection is available at no charge during shop opening hours. Please WhatsApp us to let us know you'll be coming so we can have your order ready.

Delivery

Delivery runs twice a month — on the 2nd and 4th week of each month.

Cut-off for each run is Sunday 12 noon of the 1st and 3rd week. Orders received after cut-off will be included in the following delivery run.

We deliver within Singapore only. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification via WhatsApp.

S$6 courier fee applies to all deliveries. Delivery is free for orders of S$100 and above (items must be below 30 kg combined).

Large or unusually heavy items such as raw display clusters may incur additional charges — we'll advise you before confirming.

Products

Yes. Every piece at Affinity Crystals is handpicked by Jess from trusted suppliers. We do not carry synthetic, dyed, or lab-created stones unless explicitly labelled as such.

Natural crystals will always have slight variations in colour, shape, and inclusions — this is part of what makes each piece unique.

Absolutely. If you're looking for something specific — a particular stone, size, or energy — just WhatsApp us or fill in our enquiry form. Jess will do her best to source it or suggest an alternative from our collection.

Yes, we supply crystal shops, wellness studios, and boutiques across Singapore. Minimum orders apply. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Returns & Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.

One-of-a-kind pieces, opened gift sets, and sale items are non-returnable.

We always try to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. In the event of a dispute, Affinity Crystals' decision shall be final. If you have a concern, please reach out to us directly — we'd much rather resolve it together.
